"I did service of my bike on 07 Dec-2025 along with timing chain replacement and oil pump pulley replacement. On 10 dec-2025 morning, my bike get off on the way, then I called the om shiv hero service centre and he told me that engine got ceased. How bike engine got ceased on third day after service and repair. It shows that no proper service and checking are being done before delivering the bike to the customer. Very bad experience with this service centre"
